Simon Birse originated in Newcastle, NSW. He left high school to migrate North with the rest of the Southerners to settle on the Gold Coast where he successfully completed a trade in retail Butchery. Once completing his trade he spent 10 months on a back-packing odyssey travelling to exotic destinations and learning different cultures.

On return Simon settled on the Sunshine Coast to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle the coast offers and has been actively working the Kawana Waters and surrounding precincts since 2003.

Simon has achieved numerous goals and awards along the way and is proud to be consistently in the top residential performers for the Sunshine Coast. Over the past few years Simon has grown his business to form a team to maximise the intimate service his clients deserve. With the support of his team Simon continues to be recognised for his professional service, his honesty, his consistent communication with his customers ‘keeping them updated with the current market’ and achieving the best possible results for his clients.
